The South's efforts for re-unification seems like a person who consistently takes back an abusive ex. The North does not like them ad has been brain-washed to hate them because they are US Puppets. It's a shame to see the South's government continue with this charade. Any IR people have any insigh into this? And do the citizens of South Korea want the re-unification?

the only problem for re-union between the North and South is Kim jon illlll.
no matter how much money you give the pig, how many barrel of oil you will send them. they will never come and talk for re-union. they will just keep playing the game with you.
the NK people is suffering while all the pig enjoy with its power, enjoy with the money, food and oil the south give them.
all i can see is just like the SK want kim to be in power as long as he still alive, and forget all that " money food and energy has never reach the poor NK prople."
ask how many poor NK people escape to china, japan and southkorea each year? if they are so enjoy living in the north they won't risk their life doing this!
that because they never get any dam-n-n helps anyone out here sent them.
and do not say that SK gov doesn't know that!!!!
keep dreaming for your reunion, for as long as you still keep feeding the pig Kim, i do not see the re-union happen any time soon.

Free people will never understand what it takes to instill HATE in an entire society.
They think simple freedom will remove decades of careful brainwashing overnight.
They are not hateful people and they judge their neighbors out of their OWN hearts.
Similarly, North Korea HATES and judges their neighbors out of THEIR own hearts.

john_mod_77 is right. Korea is split only on political lines, and that split is very recent. They are in all other respects brothers and sisters.
