I can never get through Indiana Jones for some reason

Event Horizon -- spent 1/2 the movie staring at the gum on the floor. Gorey, and stupid plot. Can't believe major stars agreed to make it. Anything for a paycheck, I guess.
Dumb and Dumber. Every male or teenager I know loved it, but diarrhea jokes just left me empty.

The Crow, I really liked Brandon Lee. This movie makes me sad. I also can't completely enjoy most of the movies Johnny Depp or Robert Downey Jr. are in. I just can't get past their personalities. I think they are both kinda creepy and kinda jerks...

Das Boot - I have to be in the right frame of mind and it is 4 1/2 hours long.....I have seen the whole thing but never all at once.

The plot seemed excellent, great (handsome) actor, and horses, too... I'm a horseback rider so you think the third factor would especially appeal to me. For some reason, though, the movie just doesn't do it for me.

Any of those "You've got mail" or "Never been kissed" chick films where all you need to see is the first 5 minutes and you already know the rest of the movie.
Come to think of it. I don't WANT to enjoy them either.

Dawn of the Dead. I watched the movie once and i love scary movies but to me its too scary and can't seem to make it through.

Oh Brother Where Art Thou.
A friend of good mine found out her husband cheated on her while watching that movie with some whore. She was devastated. That movie will forever remind me of her heartbreak and impending divorce.
