625r^4-p^4= (25r^2 -p^2) ( 25r^2 +p^2)
= (5r -p)(5r +p) ( 25r^2 +p^2)

(1) 25s^4 = (5s^2)^2

121 = 11^2

a^2 - b^2 = (a+b) (a-b) .... Hope you know this one
So, (5s^2)^2 - 11^2 = (5s^2 + 11) (5s^2 - 11)


(2) 625r^4 = (25r^2)^2
p^4 = (p^2)^2

So, (25r^2)^2 - (p^2)^2 =(25r^2 + p^2) (25r^2 - p^2)
