I would go to either the Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage or Peter Pan's Flight first. Peter Pan's line gets long quickly and moves very slowly (it may look short but it takes forever) and Nemo is brand new, so it's been getting long lines too. Neither ride has Fastpass. They're both calm rides, so no one should get sick.

It doesn't sound like it, but if someone in your group likes thrill rides, I would grab a Fastpass for Indiana Jones, Space Mountain, or Splash Mountain. Space Mountain is close to Nemo, so you could grab one on the way there.

Have fun!! =]

If your willing to wait go to the new Nemo sub ride first, but expect more than an hour wait if not two even first thing in the morning. If you like them thrilling, head for Adventureland and do Indy first, Pirates is right there also and if its a busy time of year the line can get long later in the day but it moves fast. I usually do this, Indy, Pirates, Splash mountian, Haunted mansion, Jungle Cruise, Big Thunder Mountian, then to Fantasyland for Mr. Toads Wild Ride and anything else you might want to do there, then Fastpass Space mountian and hit some of the other attractions. Relax in Honey I shrunk the audience and dont miss a ride around the park on the train. I have heard lines for nemo get shorted late at night just before park closing, or try it during the parades or fireworks shows.

My experiences come from years of going to Disney World, not Disneyland, but I make it a habit to go to the Fantasyland rides first. The lines for those back up extremely quickly an hour after the park opens (because most people head for the "big" rides first and wander over later), and usually either don't have FastPass available or aren't something you'll want to waste a FastPass on.

And the big rides will almost always have FastPass available throughout the day.

If you are a thrill ride type of person you should ride Space Mountain or Indiana Jones in the morning because the lines are trully warmer. When I was there with my friends, me and one friend went on Space Mountain and we walked right through the line without a fast pass and my other friends went on Indiana Jones 3 times before we found them.

If you want to do more laid back rides I would start with Winnie The Poo, Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage, Peter Pan, Tarzan's Treehouse or my personal favorite Pirate Of the Caribbean.

If you don't want to start with a ride try going to meet characters like Aladin, Cinderella, Buzz Lightyear or Arial.

Hope it helps! -Moe

We usually choose which ride by the length of the wait. If there is going to be a long line, it's best to go there first.

With young children, you need to take things slow and easy. Sometimes it is better to rest than to try to go on every ride you can squeeze in.

I found that renting an electric wheel chair, while expensive, was very useful, because we could pile all our stuff on it. Of course, I don't go on many rides, so it worked for us.

I guess it depends on the kids, some rides have height restrictions. We just got back and our two kids loved the Yeti ride the most at Animal Kingdom, it's the big snow capped mountain roller coaster ride. We loved the Hollywood Tower of Terror at MGM Studios, it scared the kids but they still said they'd ride it again, the picture we got from it was priceless.

Remember to utilize the Fast Pass! Have lots of Fun!

Of the dozen or so times I've been, every time has started with Pirates of the Caribbean - nice, easy ride - and you beat the lines that tend to grow as the day goes on.
