HELP. when i run syncbac, my computer says the i drive does not exist. what should i do ?? Thanks?

I assume the i drive is an external drive you are backing up to. Have you used any other external devices, windows has a habit of reallocating drive letters from time to time. You can re-set the drive assignments in computer managment.
