It is impossible to ovulate when you are having your period. Discharge is normal, it doesn't mean you're ovulating. Some women get discharge everyday. It's normal. If you are trying to have a baby, good luck and I hope everything works out for you!

You ovulate 12-16 days before your period is due. It is possible for ovulation to be delayed for a month, and that would them make your period appear to be later. Even if you ovulated 2x in a month, which can happen, it happens very close to the first ovulation, not weeks apart.

It could be that you are pregnant. Some women will have increase in CM close to when their period is due as the mucus plus is forming.

well I suppose it might be possible to ovulate that close to your period. But you wouldn't be able to conceive tha way. It usually takes 6-12 days for the fertilized egg to implant. If you are actually ovulating this late, you should see your dr.
I would take a HPT.

No. I have irregular periods, and I get discharge before I start. Good luck!
