Dandelions by Five Iron Frenzy. If you don't have it already, download it immediately! The lyrics are so incredible and moving, I cry almost every time, but it's a happy song.

"On Distant Shores" by the same band is amazing, too, but I think Dandelions is pretty much the "best" Christian song I know.
