I don't know..everyone regardless to the zodiac sign can be dumb...actually i've never seen stupid Scorpio, they are all intelligent.. about the dumbest..I really duno cuz whatever I say some people would answer not true as I am sure every rule has lots of exceptions. I am a Taurus and I hope we are not anyways lol
Maybe Leo is the most feeling everything on the surface but they have great skill for learning things (though also on the surface and never deeper)....I know only one great Leo, very clever and smart exception..but for most of them...I don't say they are dumbest from all the sings, I say they are most unsuitable for my inner peace.

Someone said that they have never met a dumb Scorpio. Well I have!! This girl likes abuse... she has made the dumbest moves in her life... work, love life, friends... everything. I really dont know if she has an intelligent bone in her body and she is a Scorpio through and through. I myself am an Aries... I dont think there a dumbest sign. People are just generally stupid sometimes.

well i've met lots of dumb pisces and leos.
pisces because they are either bad off or really good && if their bad off they usually dont get themselves together
leos well because there to self centered to even realize whats going on around them so every thing that comes out their mouth is about thereselves
