My boss is the biggest moron the world, who thinks he is overpowered and has so much ruling power yet he is totally clueless and whenever something goes wrong he has no idea how to fix it.

I feel like giving him a swift kick in the *** and saying " I quit ". What should I do?

Just leave him to sink or swim on his own. If you have the right attitude about it, it's actually kind of fun.

And put your resume on Monster.

well let me tell you something, I once had a boss that would just get on my nerds whenever he even spoke! but guess what after one year it turned out that no one really liked him and we no longer have that boss. He was just like yours-an idiot! and worse he knew nothing about how to be a good team player as well as a manager. so trust, if your boss is an ***, soon you will see how he will go down, but if he is personally after you and this is not the best job in the world and there was no one higher than your boss to talk with and you don't think that you can actually reason out something with your boss then its time to say ba-bye!!

Biker has made some stunning factors. i could desire to enhance upon the assumption of you no longer understanding the super photograph. it is often the case with workers. They comprehend their job yet they have not have been given any theory how the finished shape works. it is on your ultimate interests to gently communicate the matters you're having and discover out what's influencing the probabilities of your boss. then you definately grants up making assumptions based on your person standpoint. somewhat than "telling the boss off" attempt to ascertain with regard to the super photograph. you may detect that the guy who you observed as an enemy isn't that in the process any respect yet merely somebody attempting to do their very perplexing job. or you ought to ascertain that they are incompetent. yet you will discover no longer something and not something would be performed with the aid of "telling off the boss" Have that calm communique. bypass the offended scene or the nameless letter. better of success.

Make sure that every job or project you do for him your initials or your name is somewhere on it! That way if he tries to take credit for your hard work you have proof. Also, I have noticed over the years when you have a knowitall boss that having proof in hand when you "discuss" business with him he really can't argue the point and if he does and it back fires you have proof he "signed off" on to say that you "expressed" your concerns to him and the information could have saved the situation. Then apply for his job! Good luck

Go to HIS boss and have a chat about the issues in how your department is running. That will make it look like you are trying to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. Good luck!

You should vent here and be done with it. Start looking for another job if you want, but don't quit in anger - do the smart thing.
