and if i install an 4 barral in my 400 engie cid will it make it go faster?..right now i have an 2 barral..trying to get some idea of how to mod that 400 without doin too much or speadin too much money

Back seat cushion (bottom) should have a retainer clip or holes/slots in the seat springs or seat frame on each side at the bottom front that hook onto metal plates on the floor---just push down and backwards---then pull up on the seat cushion to unhook the cushion from these plates...you may be able to reach up underneath the front edge and feel how they are hooked on.
Swapping a 4 barrel carb and manifold onto the motor will probably give you some more horsepower---I would recommend a spreadbore carb.... that is, a carb with small primary throttle plates and much larger secondary plates, for optimal throttle response and fuel economy. Rochester or Holley will work well in the 600-750 cfm range with vacuum secondaries. Basic mods are carb/intake, headers, cam and good low-restriction exhaust to help the motor breath better. Don't forget to change timing and distributor advance to accomodate the engine changes as well as jetting the carb properly and doing adjustments to optimize the changes. Cold air intake will help as well.
