I have looked online but cant seem to find anything. I just need the fees for cashiers checks and stuff like that. Also the way they handle deposits and the bank cut off times. Just some general questions. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

You need a schedule of fees and depositor's agreement. You can find a short version online, comparing just the basic charges you need to know, but nothing as detailed as those two documents. You can call customer service and ask for them, or any branch location should have them available. 1-800-922-4684.

go back to the branch where u opened the account or call the 1800 # and then can guide you to where u can find this information online.

What you are talking about are the "Terms of Account" which should have been given to you when you opened your account. Go back and ask for it.
