So The Saint with what you said it leads me to believe that you think Bonds has taken steroids

Iamcount are you saying that you don't think any pitchers have taken any? That is what I think is wrong is that everyone blames the hitters and the pitchers just slide on by when 70% of the ones who have tested positive have been the pitchers

im just reely pissed that every1 hates bonds for using steriods and that he cheated to get close to breaking a record when they forget clemens used steroids and became one of a handful of pitchers to pass the 350 win mark, thats ****

That right there is why trying to give Bonds a bumb rap is wrong. Without testing of anykind and the way steriods was running rampant all over American athletes in the 80s and 90s, it could have been hundreds, possibly thousands of players. Anyone who played in that time period is suspect.

IMO likely suspects are:

Ken Griffey, Jr.
Sammy Sosa
Mike Piazza
Jason Giambi
Barry Bonds

Personally, I think a 'tell-tell' indicator of use is when a slugger is hitting 40 HRs a years through the 90s. Then starting about 2000 when it becomes 'bad' and they talk about testing and interviews, a slugger starts hitting 20 HRs a year and gets a string on injuries.

But even though I have my suspicions, I refuse to condemn any of these players until they are proven guily. And even if they are proven guilty, does it really mean anything when some estimates of steroid use in the 80s and 90s runs as high as 50%? I think not. I say let bygones be bygones and start new with Nefi Perez.

None. I don't concern myself with stuff like that. The game of baseball is for entertainment, nothing more and nothing less. Players can kill themselves if they so choose. I enjoy watching them play and that's why they get paid the big bucks.

Sure, if you are trying to put words into my mouth. Now if you sit back and read I really don't give a flip one way or the other. Too much time and money is being wasted in all sports on trying to find out who is doing what, when, and where! It's all entertainment, and I would like to think sports were clean but they aren't and they will never be. All players will be looking for the next latest and greatest thing to help them perform, whether it is GNC or Bay Area Lab, Co-Op. I don't really concern myself with it because it is all meaningless in the grand scope of life. People can say well this should be legal, but this shouldn't be but it's all the same. It's all performance enhancement. I choose to look at sports for what it is and the sports can monitor themselves as they see fit but trying to witch hunt is pretty worthless.

You can hate me for liking Barry Bonds and you can hate Barry Bonds all you want but am I right or am I wrong?

PERSONAL INSULT - Yes, I have that right to have a picture of Barry up. Just like you have the right to waste your life trying to think about who is clean and who isn't and not sit back and enjoy something that is just entertainment. Baseball sure isn't paying you to come up with ideas about who you think has done them have they?
