I have the Linksys Wireless G uSB network adapter and Iwas wondering if I hook it up to my computer can I get internet from my neighbors?

If they are using Wireless G , and depending on the distance of your neighbors house, you should be able to obtain internet wirelessly if they allow your account in if running a secured network.

If they have an unsecured wireless network (or if they give you the password), you might be able to...depending on the strength of the wireless signal.
If you are going to connect without their permission, this can be bad. Not only is it usually illegal, but your neighbors will probably get mad at you if they find out.
