Hula.
Yeah, in Hawaii on the farms next door to the ones where they grow the pineapple rings. They're a distant cousin of the fruit loop (Which are mined, of course. Anyone knows you can't cultivate those.) but chewier. By planting the crops in circles it make them grow in rounds. No one ever sees this. You just go to bed at night and when you get up in the morning there they are. Sometimes they are arranged attractively in the manner of the symbol of Alan Parsons "Eye in the Sky' album and sometimes it spells out stuff like, "Bridget. Will you marry me?" and "Buy White Owl cigars." Either way the hoops are harvested all year for export and are very popular.

No, hoola hoops are actually molds for making Fruit Loop cereal. The process takes several steps to get the fruit loops so small, of course.

Since most alleged medical marijuana is grown indoors, they wouldn't remotely qualify for the purpose of farm subsidies, which is to maintain agricultural land for future use while reducing crop yields in the short term.
