It is Disney's version of a Timeshare. DVC as it is known has different levels. The "Buy-In" is $16,640 + closing costs and annual dues. The annual dues gives you a different level of points based on what you pay. You then use the point system where you can stay on different properties. I.E. Higher end properties during peek season have a higher "point value"

The Disney Vacation Club is basically a timeshare. And let me tell you, they are NOT cheap!!! They start around $16K and go up, up, up from there! We were interested but after seeing the price.....we want a little more "bang for our buck".

the Adventures by Disney is not a club. it is a travel service by Disney. they have different types of destination with family friendly itinerary. the cost varies by the time of year, destination, etc.

That i do not know, but I have a time share at a resort minutes from disney, with 8 pools, golf course, tennis, 2 bedroom with full kitchecn, gold crown resort-only 798 includes all taxes a fees for a week. my husband is sick so we can't use it. i have several people who have went and love it and you could ask them questions if you like. best to you.

Joining DVC is like buying a time share so it's like a mortgage on a house.
