A square just seems too boring, too stable and too common. There's something common, natural and down to earth about squares.
Triangles speak of inventiveness, creativity, sharpness.
If we associated these shapes with human personalities, squares would probably be logical, reasonable, down to earth and quiet individuals while triangles would be daring, sharp, witty and a bit vicious persons.
I'm a triangle inside the structure of a square.

A square, because it's nearly as stable as a triangle but more accommodating. Then, again, a triangle is attractive because it's more suggestive of action, aspiration, etc. But I'll stick with the square, especially now I'm old and gray. (Gosh I do object to these American spelling corrections! Which probably shows how square I am)

Triangle is third on my list of geometrical forms, right after an oval and a circle. Square is not even near the top. But as it only is the third I would not settle with it!

well actually i would always choose to be a triangle as opposed to a square, squares are to common with four 90 degree angles and two pairs of parallel sides, everything about them is so ordinary as opposed to the triangle that can vary in angles it could be isosceles, obtuse, right..ect....being a triangle doesn't keep it from being unique and that is intriguing...
anyways, i would be a triangle any day of the week

You have plenty of chances at being triangles as a square but only one chance at being square as a triangle

Just because Huey Lewis sang that " It's Hip To Be A Square!", I'd rather be a Triangle, they are so much more versatile.
