I was thinking "Integritous" but that's not right. Any wordsmiths out there?

There is no specific adjective for integrity per se but words like: moral uprightness, honest, sound, unimpaired and uncorrupt might be good substitutes, depending on how you want to use them in a sentence.

I don't think there is one, at least not for the most common meanings of "integrity".
"Integral", as in "this step is integral to our plan", has the same root, but probably not the meaning you're intending.
It's too bad, because it would be useful to have some adjective that would let you describe a person of integrity as "integritous" or "integrous" or something.

Just use "integritous". Dictionaries aren't authorities on what words mean, they are records of how words are commonly used. Start using integritous enough, and the dictionaries will catch up. That's how languages evolve.

Integrity means having uncorrupted virtue.
There's no adjective in the same word family but there are adjectival synonyms: upright, noble, of good character, virtuous, honorable, solid, ethical, moral, worthy, estimable, respectable, etc...

There is no direct verb from the word "integrity", but a verb that is close and gives a similar meaning of "having integity" is ingenuous.
Ingenuous means "noble or honorable, showing innocent or childlike simplicity and candidness, lacking craft".
