How old are guppies when you buy them?

Just out of curiosity, how old are guppies when you buy them at the pet store and how long do they usually live?

They can be a variation of age. It all depends on how old they were when the pet store bought them and how long they have been for sale in the tanks for. Best idea would be to ask your pet store staff.

Guppies will usually live between 1 and 3 years after you buy them.

Usually 4-6 months, but it can vary and they can be up to a year old easily.
