layed about 150 eggs.
this morning when i woke up both of them ate the eggs, i witnessed it. it wasnt any of the other fishes i have, which is only 2, and they are both window cleaners. I called a fish store and the fish store said not to worry about them because theyre harmless to the eggs. theyres only about 30 eggs left, but i want to be prepared for next time, when she lays the eggs. whats the process i can use to not let him or her eat the eggs, but let him fertilize the eggs ????

Do not remove the parents, remove the spawn. Removing the parents will result in them being stressed, and having hungry fry in a much too large tank that will have a hard time finding food at the beginning. Check out http://www.fishforums.net/Angelfish-Spawning-and-Breeding-t96104.html

I do this all the time, and have been for years. I've got somewhere around 1,200 fry growing out ATM, sales have been good lately.

Angel Fish choose a great tank. this is because of the fact they are fairly massive fish. The aquarium must be extreme, because of the fact they want to swim up and down, and that they are tall too, so as that they choose area horizontally, not in straightforward terms vertically. i think of that a top of 50 cm is extremely stable. in case you want to reproduce Angel Fish, the minimum length of the tank for a breeding pair of Angelfish is 70 litres, yet once you want to pass away the fries interior the tank with their mom and dad, it would probably be one hundred ten litres or greater. only think of: 2 totally grown Angel Fish and 2 hundred or 3 hundred newborns. notably massive crowd isn’t it. the better the tank the extra protection for eggs and youthful and convenience there is. while genital papillae look, the Angel Fish is approximately to spawn. those little nipples are used for depositing eggs and fertilizing them. Then they choose a spawning plate and clean it 2 or 3 days earlier spawning. After some days the female lays eggs and the male fertilizes them. After few hours unfertilized eggs turn white and the mum and dad will do away with them. After little Angel Fish hatch they could desire to be fed with powdered flakes or dried blood worms for the 1st 4 weeks 4 circumstances an afternoon. After that element they are able to be fed with Guppy fry. it is an exceedingly nutritious nutrition. yet they improve terrific in the event that they have a dissimilar nutrition recurring.

The only way to do that would be for them to spawn in a separate tank and immediately after fertilization, remove both of the parents. You would have to give the fry extremely specialized food until they are about 1/2 an inch. Then they can eat regular food. Don't put them in with other Angels until they are about 2 inches long or they will be eaten...
