I used Advil and Tylenol both and have had three kids. Wikipedia says "Both NSAIDs and Coxibs can raise the risk of myocardial infarction, when taken on a chronic basis for at least 18 months." That just means you have a higher risk of heart attack if you constantly (every day) take Advil or Tylenol, which I don't think you would be doing if you are just using it for period pain.

I would answer it, then I would hunt down all the pansies who took an advil and punch them in the stomach, then I would take an advil for my sore hand.
