For it to be used in evidence the other person must know the conversation is being recorded and you must state at the begining of the phone call that it is being recorded. Hope this helps

I take it that you have the recording. Assuming that the person has been warned that the call is being reecorded, Yes. If you do not have the recording a Court Ordermaybe required but that is no guarantee because the recording mayhave been wiped

Did you know that phone calls are recorded in the uk well yes you can it is legal as it is part of evidence so yeah you can use it as evidence .
