Is it not time that they are charged for the services they receive it must cost at least £400 every time the Ambulance turns out let alone the Police time they absorb.They are mindless idiots who should be responsibly for their actions.Just where do they get the money from in particular kids of 13.

Yes they should have to pay for it, American style.
Thats the only time when I would go against our Government Sponsored Health Care and make the stupid bastards pay for their own ambulance. That money could be fixing some poor old grannie's hip or something.

And how much does obesity with its all its attendant problems, for example, diabetes, knee problems and heart disease, cost the public? For that matter, how much does promiscuity cost the taxpayers, not only with the incurable diseases that spread as a result, but the millions of unwanted pregnancies. How much does the public pay and for how long - 18 years for each and for even longer when the unwanted kid ends up in jail or pregnant with the next generation of freeloaders. I think we should lay off the smokers. They at least have the decency to pay heavy taxes for their vice, which is more than can be said of most of the anti-smoking brigade. They also have the courtesy not to hang around long enough to collect their pensions, thus saving the taxpayers billions - which then goes to pay for the triple bypass and liposuction.

like smokers,binge drinkers cost NHS a fortune,but on the flip side they pay more into the system than most people
with out the high taxes they pay on drink and fags the NHS would crash

I don't drink but I smoke. This is exactly why I don't want government healthcare in America. I'd rather pay for my own consequences rather than be told what I'm allowed to do - pay into the system AND pay for my own bills :(
