Please let me know the reason(s) that Nigerian made Bulk Corn Oil is cheaper by about 70% than world markets?

This is probably because they never actually send any Bulk Corn Oil to anyone.

Why not ask your Supplier (I'm sure they will come up with a plausable reason)

Perhaps because you have not included the costs of shipping, insurance and duties ?

Or maybe it doesn't meet International Quality Standards ?

Or perhaps it can not be legally exported ?

Of course the most probable reason is that no actual Oil exists at all and you are being sucked into another variation on the Nigerian 419 scam ...
