the easiest way to swallow pills is to put water in your mouth first then tilt your head back with the water in your mouth and then put the pills in the back of your throat and swallow the water and then take another drink of water and the pills should be gone

I've been taking Vitamins since I was little. I've learned to swallow 5 at one time. It takes too long to take one at a time. And I can swallow most w/o water.
My boyfriend can't. One time he was sick and we didn't have the liquid Nyquil so he bit into a liquid gel cap... It was so gross.

I wish I didn't have to. I swallow about 18 a day. I really hate the ones that melt on your tongue though...they're not supposed to, they just start dissolving way too early. yuck.

I can.
Though, I've on many occasions slightly gagged at it.
Also, I hate when the pill gets stuck in my throat and it feels gross. Ugh.
