And please no answers like get pregent.i im going to the pool on sunday and i know that if u have your period b-c it leeks!

Sorry. Nothing can stop it. Unless you take birth control it COULD shorten it a bit.
Just wear a tampon.

Your period should be a lot lighter by then so just wear a good tampon and you will be fine. If you are concerned about the tampon leaking, don't buy generic because I have never had problems with brands like Tampax. Medically, there is nothing you can do at this point since Sunday is soon here.

Your question is very hard to understand. What leaks? Your tampon?
So you just started your period yesterday? There is nothing you can do. By Sunday it should be very light. If not and you are afraid your tampon will leak, then you can't go swimming. Sorry. There is nothing you can do to stop your period.

Like everyone else has been saying use a tampon and change it frequently. There's no way around it, every girl has to go through the same situation at one point or another.

cold water slows down your flow
so getting in the pool and just swimming around slowing and just relaxing for a bit will help to slow it down.

Nothing. Wear a tampon. Change it before you go in the pool and it WONT leak.

You can wear a tampon. I use Tampax pearl and they have a plastic applicator so they are easy to use.
