If you want to. You shouldn't do something jus because other people say that you would be good at it. You have to think first if that's what you really want to do in your life.

I agree. You should gain weight. I'm also six feet tall. Last summer I was down to 145 and looked very very thin. My ribs protruded from both my front and my back, as well as my hipbones, from the front. Oy.

Now, I'm a healthy 190 and six months pregnant.

You should be a model if YOU WANT TO BE. I wish I had a dollar for every time somebody told me I should be a mode because I was tall and thin. I never desired to be in a career where my looks were more valued than my pernsonality and whom I am. So I gain five pounds. I'm still capable of running the household. Well, with my baby belly, things are getting to be a bit cumbersome, but I can still do the basics. I just don't lift much as my husband has asked me not to. Being a wife and mother (this will be our first) I am and will be love, cherished and valued for who I am (at least by my husband; I know the day will come when our child[ren] won't think to highly of me/us), not for what I look like.

well if your 14 you cant be a model in the UK they just put an age limit of 16 or over thank god. My suggestion for you, eat a pizza and be a kid. don't get caught up in all the crap of the work world yet cuz once your in you can never get out. and if you start modeling now you will be dissapointed when you start to lose your body and have to get a real job.

Instead a of asking that question here, why not sit down and talk to your mother first.
Not every model starts a career at 14.

Try it. If you like it, then pursue it. It can be rather cutthroat, but if you do good, the payoff is big.
