Do you mean by temperature, or by how cool a place is (like how cool a person is)?

If you mean by temperature, the coldest place on Earth would be Antarctica.

If you mean by the other thing, I think Tornado Alley is the coolest!!!

I don't know I haven't explored enough on earth or in earth,so,I can't say.There are alot of places I like though,California, Colorado, Europe, NYC.

the poles are thecoolest place on the earth...and the equators are the main well-liked place...i think of u recognize the checklist that the ice caps of the poles are melting as a results of ozone layer depletion
