Hi! I wanted to make t-shirts for my friends and me for the upcoming HP book opening. Does anyone have any suggestions? In the past I've done iron-ons, but without much success (I already have the designs, I just need to know how to get it on the shirts). Any tricks or help would be wonderful. Also, I'd prefer not to hand or spray paint...I'd like for them to look professional. And finally, there is a little bit of color in the design, if that makes any difference. Thank you much!

I really can't afford to have them done through internet sites.

You could use tranfer paper, turn you iron to cotton and use that. -However the only thing about that is that if you don't hold it long enough then the paper will stick and too long it will burn. Transfer paper runs for about 16 dollars. -What could be good is if you go to a professional company but it may be a bit expensive. -With transfer paper make sure you iron even and that the shirt is straight and not wrinkled.

Check out www.tshirt.com.au you can have your design printed on a cotton t/shirt for only $21.95
Full colour print and you can do as little as 1 t/shirt.

One of the better sites for designing your own t/shirt.

I have tried to print t-shirts myself with transfers (Avery brand) run through my printer, and doing the transfer -- with a hot iron -- was so difficult I gave up after several attempts at the same thing. Ruined four purchased t-shirts along with the $12 for the pack of transfers.

Since your available money is short, if you do decide to do them that way, please do it carefully!
