I don't have a Rapidshare account first of all. So i haven't downloaded anything from there in a week, and i go to download something and it says i have to wait 127 minutes. So i do, then i try again and i have to wait 196 minutes. It just keeps on saying i have to wait to download every time i try, and i have tried downloading different files and nothing works. Whats going on?

I run a group that send files mainly through rapidshare.
You can try to delete your TI files and clean your history.
You then still will have to wait. Do not go back after the clean
until the time is up.
RapidShare goes off of your Internet Service Providers "ISP"
address. So it doesn't matter if you clean or not.
Your address is always the same to them.
