I don't really know about war... hard to say. in love though, I think people should be truthful for the most part, so NO, all is not fair in love and war.

Maybe if we didn't compare love with war, less people would take love for granted. There are rules to war that are never followed, and there are no rules to love, so go figure.

I would say that anything goes if that is what you mean by fair. but thing are rarley fair, someone always have some advantage.
