Whenever I accelerate and build up speed in my car usually around 65 - 70 mph my steering Wheel shakes So much along with the Foot pedals, My Seat and the whole Car, any Ideas on what is the cause of this and what needs to be fixed

That happened to my 99 Elipse too. It was only 3 years old when it was happening and they never figured out what it was. I ended up getting rid of it.

At first it sounds like a wheel balance problem but from your description I suspect something more than that. You don't have any out of the ordinary symptoms under this speed?

I will ask you if you have made any modifications or part changes before you noticed this. This can make a huge help in trying to help you.

Could be a couple of things.
1.Wheels aren't balanced right
2.Out of Alignment
3.Your tires could have worn funny do to it being out af alignment.

Get your tires balanced and then see if it continues afterwards.
If it still does it after your tires are balanced go to a mechanic.
