Dip a wash cloth in white vinegar and scrub the orange stained areas. The stain is from oils present in all tomato products and are easily broken down by mild acids like white vinegar or lemon juice.
Also, if you're not in a hurry, you can set the dishes outside in the sun. A couple hours of intense sunlight will also break down the oils and then just wash with soapy water.
Good Luck!

Any time you heat an oily substance in a porous material such as chili or the spaghetti sauce in a plastic container, it will stain.
There are companies like Rubbermaid who make whats called a stain shield food container with a polymer that is resistant to stain.
Its a harder plastic and I have used them for quite a while with no problem in reheating at all.

Try soaking them with a vinegar & water mixture - put about a 1/2 cup to 1 cup regular old white vinegar and fill it up to the top of the stain with hot water. Let it sit and the stain should just rinse out. Plus the vinegar is great for getting rid of any lingering food smells! The vinegar only stinks when it's wet.

The stain is usually there for good, though bleach sometimes helps.
To avoid those stains in the first place, spray or spread a thin layer of grease on the bowl before putting tomato-based foods into it.

Dawn dishwashing liquid and very hot water will usually take the stain out. It will need to soak for a while, and you may need to put a thick coat of the soap on the bowl, but it almost always takes all the stain out.

The other suggestions for getting it out are good. But to avoid them in the first place, use a quick spritz of cooking spray before you put the sauce into the tubs. Works like a charm!
