So why go and attack a person's right to arm themselves? Guns, knives, box cutters, etc...they ALL kill people, so why outlaw WMDs?

because with a blade or gun there are only so many people you could kill in a rampage, but with a wmd it only takes one person to kill hundreds of thousands or millions. In addition if it is nuclear you irradiate the land for many years as well.

people make those weapons in order to kill people. if people don't have non-defensive weapons they can't kill each other
