They can buy it, but should not consume more than a pea size on a tooth brush and beware of counterfeit toothpaste out there. The police uncovered tainted Colgate toothpaste sold at Everything for a dollar store which a girl in the States said she felt sick and they found anti-freeze substance in it. They also found shampoo lace with bad bacteria and many other counterfeit products sold here from other countries. And USA says that 60% of counterfeit products are from China. Shocking, to the fact the organize criminals groups are behind these counterfeit products. So beware what you buy.

No you just need to have the money and this is scary. As pointed out all major toothpaste manufactures put enough fluoride in their products that they require poison labels and kids have died from eating it! The fluoride in toothpaste has no proven health benefit, NONE! In fact just the opposite, it is proven fluoride in our water and other products is very detrimental to health and causes all sorts of problems. I have asked various manufactures why they include it in toothpaste and their response is to send me coupons for baking soda but no answer? These multinational corporations do not have our best interests at heart!

buying toothpaste and using it are 2 different things... I think not letting children who are too young... use too much.... has it to do with the fluoride in toothpaste.
