I rebooted my computer and am trying to re-install Microsoft Office. When I insert the CD, nothing happens. It shows there are no folders, basically, it's saying the disk is empty. There re no scratches or anything on the CD.

When put other discs in there, they work fine. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad CD. Try it in another computer and see if it can see the folders. Try cleaning. If those fail, and it is a legal copy of Office, contact Microsoft for a replacement CD.

Don't open it plainly going from 'My Computer'. Instead right click on the icon showing the CD drive and choose explore. I'm sure it would open.
