I hate it, I never use public restrooms for pooping. Only to pee. If it's a nice restroom (Kohls and actually Home Depot have good one (weird huh? It might just be the one by me though)) I might think about it

Well, since you can't hover and drop the duece. I think people should wait until they get home. There's nothing worse than walking into a public restroom that is fouled with the smell of other people's excrement.

i do it all the time. i stack the seat with tp and go. my bowels move way to much to be picky where i go. the only thing that stops me is pooping in other peoples home bathroom. ill tell them i have to run to the store and pick something up before i poop in their homes

Yeah, you can't hold it in. Its not good for you! If there is someone with me, I will have them make noise or turn on the air dryers. I don't mind doing it at work. Luckily, there are only a coupld girls here!
