I don't think there really is much difference other than the spelling. It all means the same thing. I did have a friend though, her name was Melissa "Gray", but I spell grey, well grey, isn't that how it's supposed to be spelt?....LOL

Before, in the english language people spelled it grey. Sort of like they use to spell of course ofcourse. Now, in modern day we use gray. But really there's no difference.
