What does this mean? 20+M+C+K+07?

I have seen several variations of this "equation" written in chalk on the walls around people's front doors. Does anyone know what it means?

Was this 20 C+M+B 07? This is for the Feast of the Epiphany. The numbers are for the year 2007. The letters in the middle are the initials for the three wise men.

oh... my.... gosh........ i dont think normal people would write this around their door in chalk. if i were u id call the cops before sombody gets hurt.
