My two co-workers won't leave my friend and I alone! We told them that we only see them as friends and now they just follow us everywhere! Even when one of us go to the bathroom, one stands by the door! They even follow us home! They even tell everyone we're their girlfriend!

Do not talk to them, ever, unless you have to for work. Not even to tell them to stop it. If they are males, report it to your supervisor. It is harassment. Keep complaining. Then sue if the company does nothing about it.

They are stalking you and since this is going on at work you might have a talk with your boss and tell him its interfering with your job.
