Doubtful. I haven't had a good kiss in almost 11 years. I got tired of trying to teach him.

can't really figure out if this question is about you or if its for someone else...
but if it's for you then it's up to you. its awkward to ask your partner if she's/he's expecting you to kiss her/him then observe if your partner wants to be kissed or not.
if this is not for you then i can't give any advice then... (^_^)
