i want to be able to make graphics like these. does any one know how? and if u have suggestions it would help. 10 points awared to the one that helps me the most.

The GIMP is free and you can download it off of the internet. Just go to: www.gimp-win.sourceforge.net
When you open The GIMP helpful tips come up letting you know how each tool works. Filters give you different effects and you can change/adjust colors, get rid of blemishes with the clone stamp/
Just play around with it and see what you come up with.

All of the "effects" I noticed - brightning, captioning, reversing, etc., can be done with most medium to upper level graphic programs. The "best" on the market is Adobe's Photoshop. But if you do not have the hundreds of dollars it can cost, look for Jasc Software's Paintshop Pro instead. It can do everything Photoshop does, including use most of their fancy addons and brushes, for a fraction of the cost.
