Well lets look at this logically
the universe is 3.14 million years old,
in the past, i was "not alive"
in the future I will "not be alive"
So I guess I am forced to answer "the present" even though my own intuition rules that out.
I think our present sucks, we still have so many "human caused problems" that humans have done to ourselves.
We have 6 billion people, we are in chaos, we have problems problems and more problems (political, biological, etc...)
You made my feelings contradict my reasoning, how damn you!

The present. You can't change the past, you can only influence the future, but to do that you have to act in the present.

The present, it is the only one we can have any real say about.
Time only exists in the past. The present is just a loci on the past. Future time is speculative.

All of them are important. But it is more apporpriate to be living at PRESENT and not get stuck of the PAST and yet, rather be reminded of what had happened. And to ready or rather brace yourself of the Future ahead of you with compassion and zest for life.
I would muse of the past and the future, but I would always stick at the present.

The present is the most important, because what we do today will affect the future.
But the past is also VERY important. We need to learn from our mistakes. History really does repeat itself.

Superspline...gotta agree with ya.
Honestly embracing, understanding, and learning from the past...living fully in the present...and with our whole being forming our future...
How much more fully and beautifully is one to live life?
It is all connected and no one of the three is at it's best w/o the full interplay of the other two....focusing too much emphasis on any one of them injures the others.

D. All of the above.
without the past how can we know where we are coming from?
without the future how do we know if we are heading in the right direction?
without the present how can we even think about it?

All the above. How do we prevent today's chaos if we have not learnt from the past. The future is our hope for a better existence not only within ourselves but for the future we call children.
