I need proof of all incoming calls from one particular phone number. I was told to subpoena my phone records but how do I do this? I am in Florida. Thanks!

The calls should be listed on copies of your phone bill. Contact your phone company if you don't have copies.

the phone company will tell u to contact ur local police department...that is only as good as the local police department...the police will still not give u info because well their liars...next...go to ur county court...ask the clerk which courtroom to petition under...if u have never filed a petition before there should be default forms...then fill in the blanks...

which would be the name & address of phone company to send them a copy of the judge's order if u obtain it...next, ur complaint as to why u have not received relief through regular channels...eg, the local police department...next, what u plan on doing with the records...eg, to take court action against the phone company & persons doing it if they fail to cease and desist...then pray for relief and an order from the court to seek a judgement...

of course i am not a lawyer but that is just common knowledge and not legal advice... it is just how to fill out the forms....

i plan on doing it real soon myself!!!

Why bother, request the records from you phone company. If that doesn't work, get a lawyer. The courts rarely if ever entertain supoena requests from "non-admitted" (as in the bar) persons.
