More than likely, being a cancer, the nurturer, she will adopt you as one of her own. You will come to appreciate the family dinners, the concern, and the help with the grand children.
As with anyone, energy is neither good nor bad, it is how you use it. Not knowing your other planetary positions, I cannot adequately judge your personality.
Do know that she will always be in her son's life. But she will share her love with you equally, if you will allow and accept it.

Well, I'm not a mother but I'm a cancer. I would say the Leo in you will bore her because the conversations you will have (more than likely) will be about you, not about her and her son. You Leos love talking about "you" Its cool. its the way you are. If your mother in law understands that she can take you better. Now as far as her, Well you have taken her son away. that hurts her on a scale that only another cancer can understand. The sooner you 2 have children the better she will be! Cancers love kids and love to help. Don't get me wrong, don't have kids for her. When u and ur hubby plain on having kids The mother in law will be very happy. I hope you live close to each other. yes you will wait till after you are married or have kids . then she will be all over you critizing every little thing you do either for her son or his kids . Just wait it is coming . good luck .
