remember your parents love you and don't blame yourself, or your other siblings, if you have them. Hopefully your parents wont badmouth the other to you because that makes it very difficult. Right now just focus on your love for them, and realize it will get better with time

As hard as it is, try really hard to understand. For whatever reasons your parents aren't happy. They love you, and that won't change when they are divorced. They may even be able to love you better if they are happier in their lives. It is never easy. It isn't easy for your parents either. You should try to sit down with one of them and talk through it. YOu will be ok. You will be loved and cared for, and you will still get to see both of them. Your life will change, but you will adjust to the change and probably be a stronger person for it.

I wish you luck! I know it is painful, but just try to be as patient and understanding as you can. It will all work out ok!

This must be so horrible for you, and so sad, and i feel bad, the only advice i can give you is to talk this out with them, you can't hold your feelings inside, tell your mom how your feelings and let her help you , my parents are still together, so i have not been in your shoes, but i know if i was i'd be angry and sad and upset and i'd talk to each of them and let them no how i'm feeling about everything so they can both help you.

ask your parents to please not criticize each other in front of you, and not to expect you to take sides. Tell them you love them both and you need them to be decent to each other for your sake. Then let them be divorced and try to find their own happiness. It will be fine if your folks can be decent to each other. I am divorced and my kids actually think its a pretty good deal, as they probably get more attention from us because we each miss them when they are with the other parent.

YEA. MY PARENTS GOT DIVORCED WHEN I WAS 11 YEARS OLD . I AM NOW 19. BUT ANYWAY, I THOUGHT IT WAS MY FAULT FOR THE LONGEST TIME AND I ALWAYS THOUGHT THEY WOULD EVENTUALLY END UP BACK TOGETHER. ALTHOUGH THIS COULD HAPPEN MOST OF THE TIME IT ISNT LIKELY.
ITS A HARD TIME TO GO THROUGH. BUT IF YOU LOVE YOUR PARENTS YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS BEST FOR THEM. AND PROBABLY BEST FOR YOU TOO. YOU JUST HAVE TO REALIZE IT. SO JUST HANG IN THERE AND SURROUND YOURSELF WITH THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY.

I am afraid there is nothing you can do and it may turn out for the best anyway since they know they are not getting along .Please talk to your mom and maybe she can explain things to you . good luck .
