How can I get things from my memory card to my computer?

I plug the memory card in ( san disk ) and nothing comes up. It used to be a pop up saying transfer etc... Now it doesn't come up !!

What programme can I use or where should I go on doctuments etc.... I dont have many programmes but I can download one HELP

When you have inserted the card, go to "My Computer" and it should be listed on there. Open it up and move the files to wherever you want them.

use "windows explorer"

Start/all programs/accessories > windows explorer

Drag the files you want from the removable memory to the directory you want them in on the hd.
