I'm going to say Batman Begins. This film revamped a franchise that died in the hands of Joel Shumacher in 1997. What Burton started as a dark and scary character, Shumacher turned it into a modern-age Adam West Batman. Then comes along Nolan with David Goyer and pens a script with a serious tone and emphasizing character development. That's the thing comic book movies sometimes lack. With this film, you are not immediately given Batman until midway through the movie. The first half is the journey Bruce Wayne goes through in order to become his alter-ego. What this movie did was set Batman in an almost realistic environment, explaining how he gained the weapons from a military viewpoint. It was almost as if you could be Batman yourself if given access to money and resources. There's also a lot of heart behind the character with Alfred playing a fatherly role over the brooding Bruce. The villians were also strongly portrayed. Ra's Al Ghul's idealistic plan of eliminating injustice and using fear as a weapon fit was a perfect way in setting up the action and story. You could not find a more dramatic storyline. It is my absolute favorite superhero movie.

Richard Lester's Superman

It had all the elements of a great story, and a great film. Christopher Reeve was perfectly cast as Superman/Clark Kent, and it was a landmark movie.

The sexy SPIDER-MAN movie franchise is my favorite superhero movie in the world because they bring out the ultimate best in me, they keep me going and alive; no matter what; and they have my future husband who is also my sweet, thoughtful, handsome, brave, intelligent, and personal Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Tiger, Tobey Maguire.

I hope the sexy SPIDER-MAN franchise (from the comic books to the movies) keeps going and sticks around forever and ever!!!!!

The X-Men trilogy. The way that they've fit so many characters in is pretty cool. I can't wait for the Wolverine movie to come out.

Batman Begins. Gotta give it props for saving the franchise after the debacle that was "Batman and Robin."

This time, they were as true to the character as anyone before Chris Nolan. His origins were well explained.
