If not, what is the best and cheapest way to shower while traveling around Europe for 11 days?

It sounds like you're planning on being on the trains almost every night.

Some of the night trains have showers if you're in an Excelsior car (i.e., a one or two bed 1st class car). Regular first class compartments have a small wash basin, but no shower. The cheaper cuchettes do not have showers.

Most of the major train stations and some smaller ones have shower facilities for a small fee. When you take the night trains, shower at the destination station or at your starting point before you leave if you're travelling to a smaller town.

The regular couchettes, with 4 or 6 bunks in a compartment, don't have a shower. If you pay for a private first class compartment, and only on some trains, maybe.
Another option than showers in a train station (not all stations have this) is to find a gym, public pool, or a spa and pay for a day visit or a few hours visit.
Note: It used to be easier to stash your bags in every train station in Europe. Now many stations, like in France and Italy, don't have bag-check facilities, lockers, or anything.

Trains with sleepers or couchettes have them if you pay for the bed. But you are not allowed in them when sitting up in the chairs.
Very few European trains have them in the chairs carriages.
But all mayor train stations have (or used to have) them in the toilets area, and airports do have them too. (But you have to pay for them, and sometimes proof that you are a honest tourist, not a tramp.)
If you combine overnight travels with hostels, better learn to clean yourself with a wash-cloth and safe having a shower when you are in a hostel.
