trojans are unfortunatley very deadly because who ahve recievd one whoever sent you it has full access over your computer. if you have a windows install disk, when the computer turns on you should be able to press delete or another key to open the BIOS. it should say what to press. once it opens, depending on what kind of BIOS you have you need to set the BIOS to look at the CD before the hard drive. then insert your windows disk. if you have any important files, back them up before doing this save them to a disk. now the windows disk should run an installation. choose to format the current partiotion and re install windows erasing everything there had been before. this should fix the problem but if in doubt call a technician or someone who knows what they are doing. i have had this same issue before. it will fix it, but anything unsaved will be lost. if you dont have a windows install dis, you need to get one. hope this helps.

Try running Kaspersky in Safe Mode.
To get into Safe Mode:
1. Log out and reboot your machine.
2. When the machine starts the reboot sequence, press the F8 key
3. Select Safe Mode from the resulting menu.
4. The machine will continue booting, but the Windows desktop will look different. You won't be able to see the Internet, for instance. You may have to log in as Administrator to delete the bad files.
5. When you're finished, log out and reboot back into normal mode.
Good luck.

Make sure your Kasperkey signature files are all up to date.
Then repeat the full scan.
If this does not clear up the problem, Kasperkey has a Support Tab. Click on this Tab. There are 4 options:
E-Mail contact
Online Forum
Phone support
FAQ
I would suggest trying the E-Mail contact (apparently they usually return and answer in about 12 hours. If you can attach the a copy of the infected files to the E-Mail, their support will attempt to find a solution and either post it on their website and / or send it to you.
Good Luck.

It might just be spyware/malware. Try getting Ad-aware, and running it on your pc. That might solve your problems.
Also, you should probably backup your personal files for protection. That way if your hd dies, you'll have copies of everything important.
You can go to majorgeeks.com. They have a forum for virus problems and if you look up the exact name of your problem, someone will likely have a solution for it.
For the quickest solution, you can pay someone to fix your system (or ask the nearest 14 yr old, they always seem to know enough to get computers working again...)

It may be too late. But running cleaning programs while booted into you PC is less effective. Boot from a boot CD.
get one here.
http://www.ubcd4win.com/
From this CD your system is not active therefore the Trojans are vulnerable. This disc has cleaning tools. I use them all the time.
Good Luck.

Back up all your data (careful, the backup might be infected) and run a virus scan with UP-TO-DATE software. In the meantime, try NOT to access anything of yours that needs a password. If anything, uninstall your OS and reinstall, wiping the system.

You might be making a mistake. Trojans are from Ancient Greece and they are good but I do not know how six of them would fit inside your computer unless you have a very big computer. Also, how would they get from Ancient Greece to your computer? You don't have to worry about them too much, because they only get mad if someone takes Helen away. That is what I read to my rabbits.

obtain superantispyware and the Mcafee rootkit application (substantial), restart your pc in secure mode, and then run the two certainly one of them distinctive situations. in elementary terms quit whilst they continuously start up finding not something. It bumped off the virtumond virus from my compy some weeks in the past. to function, this mixture worked the place spybot s&d, avg, and advert-conscious could not do it.
