My husband has been a coward not able to face our seperation and flew away to an unknown country without giving me a legal divorce.
How can I bring him back to give me a divorce and then flee?

you dont need anything from him all you have to do is file

If he does not respond to the filing for divorce, he will be in default and you can get divorced without his presence in this country. Talk to an attorney to learn the exact rules.

He might not have to come back to give you a divorce, ask a lawyer about divorcing him while he is away.

Get an emergency divorce. Tell the judge your husband took off and told you he was never coming back.

I don't think you need him, see an attorney have him draw up papers, they will try to serve him at his last known address. Then when he doesn't show up in court they will just give you the divorce.
